Job summary

You will be onsite at an Amazon facility, collaborate across site operations, coach leaders, and help deploy people programs, processes, and tools. Expect travel up to 50% regionally while supporting 5-10 locations.

Qualifications

• Experience handling confidential information.
• Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years Amazon experience with 1-year HR general experience OR equivalent.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Support positive employee experience by executing programs and partnering with PXT/Operations.
• Execute standard work with quality and timeliness, meet SLAs, document HR processes.
• Provide frontline support, respond to inquiries, resolve or escalate matters.
• Assist in collecting feedback channels and drive improvements in employee experience.
• Coach frontline leaders on engagement and performance conversations.
• Support site-level engagement and culture-building initiatives.
