Job summary

NPO USA Inc. provides IT services and seeks a deskside technician to deliver on-site end-user support at a client location. You will work with a support center and a client IT team to resolve hardware and software issues efficiently, with strong customer service.

Responsibilities include installing and upgrading hardware/software, diagnosing failures, troubleshooting network connectivity, and stock room management. 5-day on-site support required.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of deskside support experience, fixing printers, desktops, and laptops.
• Excellent troubleshooting capability; knowledge of DHCP and DNS.
• Familiar with IPCONFIG and all its switches; BitLocker and BitLocker Console.
• Strong communication and documentation skills; ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide deskside on-site support to end-users at a client location.
• Repair and install hardware and software; interface with a support center.
• Diagnose system and printer failures; ensure timely resolutions.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity and manage the stock room.
• Deliver 5-day on-site support as part of the team.
