NPO USA Inc. is seeking a Deskside Technician to provide support to end-users at their client location in Racine, Wisconsin. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of deskside support experience and strong troubleshooting skills for printers, desktops, and laptops.

You will work independently while interfacing with a support center. This role emphasizes high-quality customer service, timely resolution of support requests, and effective communication with non-technical users.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of deskside support experience.
• Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Excellent attendance and schedule adherence history.

Responsibilities

• Provide deskside support to end-users on a Single Point of Contact project.
• Diagnose end-user system failures and implement repair solutions.
• Troubleshoot network devices to ensure connectivity.

Skills
