Job summary

CompucomStaffing is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to join their client’s team onsite in Homestead, FL. You will provide end-user and on-site technical support for network infrastructure and desktop systems, addressing issues and improving service delivery.

The role requires 1–3+ years in desktop support, a related degree or technical training, and familiarity with Windows 10/11. A ServiceNow background is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 to 3+ years of related Desktop Support experience.
• AA degree, or technical training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• A+ Certification a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Solve a broad range of day-to-day onsite technical issues on network infrastructure and internal desktop systems.
• Provide end user support to clients and their team.
• Customize the customer experience for every individual, all communication, instructions, and product knowledge to the level of the individual.
• Determine the most cost-effective repair to minimize customer downtime.
• Be proactive in solving any situation.
• Prepare reports for analysis of product failure trends and service issues.
• Provide onsite desktop support for levels of end-users.
