Job summary

CompucomStaffing is seeking a Deskside Support Technician for an onsite role in Miami, FL. You will provide hands-on desktop and device support, troubleshoot hardware and software, and ensure timely resolution of user issues while delivering strong customer service.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of desk-side experience in enterprise environments, familiarity with SCCM/Intune, endpoint management, and ITIL processes, and can work onsite. Local candidates preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience providing desk-side support in enterprise or managed services environments.
• Familiarity with SCCM / Intune / endpoint management tools is preferred.
• Exposure to onshore–offshore support models is preferred.
• Understanding of ITIL best practices is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Configure, test, and deploy new technology and software.
• Receive and respond to calls, emails, and tickets regarding user problems.
• Diagnose hardware and software issues and escalate to level 2/3 as needed.
• Support remote users via remote access tools and assist with enterprise rollouts.
• Document resolutions and contribute to knowledge base articles.
