• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite desktop, laptop, and peripheral support for employees.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows 11 and Office 365 applications.
• Perform imaging, deployment, and configuration of end-user devices.
• Use ServiceNow to manage incidents, requests, and tickets.
• Assist with hardware refreshes and user migrations.
• Troubleshoot network, printer, and VPN connectivity issues.
• Maintain asset inventory and IT standards compliance.
• Collaborate with IT teams to resolve complex issues.
• Deliver professional and timely technical support.
