Job summary

CompucomStaffing is seeking a qualified Tech Café onsite position in Hialeah, FL to handle end-user support across desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, software and network issues. Occasional travel to Coral Cables and West Palm Beach may be required.

Responsibilities

Install, configure, diagnose, and resolve desktop, laptop, mobile devices, printer, software, and network issues.
Provide End-User level II support to on site and remote users for computer systems and various apps.
Provision remote and administrative access, group memberships, and password resets in Active Directory.
Provide hardware, software and network support for mobile devices on iOS and Android.
Troubleshoot account lockout issues using Qradar and Microsoft tools.
Elevate tickets to appropriate teams and communicate resolutions.
Publish knowledge base articles and collaborate with teams.
Maintain inventory and track equipment.
