Job summary

CompucomStaffing is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to support onsite in Norton Shores, MI. This technician will work as part of a rotating on call schedule and handle a variety of hardware and software issues for end users.

Prospective candidates should have 1–3+ years of desktop support experience, solid Windows fundamentals, and familiarity with PowerShell, Intune, Office365, imaging, and ticketing systems in an enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of experience supporting PC hardware and software.
• Solid desktop fundamentals with PowerShell, Intune, and system administration.
• Experience with Office365, imaging, and ticketing systems in an enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Support end users onsite in Norton Shores, diagnosing and solving hardware and software issues.
• Repair, image, configure, and maintain PCs, laptops, monitors and printers.
• Manage assets, deployments, and IMAC activities; handle on-call rotate duties.
• Troubleshoot network, printer, and peripheral problems; document in ServiceNow.
• Assist site leader and resolve end user escalations quickly and professionally.
