TEKsystems in Beverly Hills is seeking an experienced IT Support specialist for a contract role onsite. You will deliver on-site and remote end-user support, manage escalations, and assist with Studio Ops IT for POS and registers, while upholding professional service standards.

The ideal candidate has strong communication, hands-on troubleshooting, experience with OKTA admin, SaaS cloud apps, SSO, and experience across Mac and Windows environments.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset.
• Experience delivering on-site and remote IT support.
• Proven ability to manage escalations and prioritize tasks under pressure.
• Familiarity with OKTA admin workflows and user provisioning.
• Knowledge of cloud/SaaS concepts, SSO, and security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote end-user support and resolve escalations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Tier 2 incidents with service quality focus.
• Promote adoption of new technology via events and trainings.
• Maintain professional behavior in all interactions.
• Identify opportunities to improve client experience and satisfaction.
• Support Studio Ops IT for POS and register machines.
• Manage asset tracking for returned equipment.
• Provide status updates to management.
