Job summary

CompucomStaffing, a division of CompuCom Systems, is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to join the client team onsite in Hooksett, NH and provide end-user support.

You will repair, image, test hardware, configure PCs, and assist with software issues while handling tickets via ServiceNow and supporting Office 365.

Candidates should have 2+ years of PC hardware/software support, strong customer service, and the ability to work in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience supporting PC hardware and software.
• Basic network troubleshooting and ability to act as smart hands for infrastructure issues.
• Experience in an engineering/manufacturing enterprise environment preferred.
• Experience in enterprise environment; capable of handling multiple projects.
• Strong customer-facing attitude and dependable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user on-site technical support at the customer site.
• Repair, test, image, and service PCs, laptops, monitors, printers, and related hardware.
• Maintain and troubleshoot software and peripherals; configure hardware.
• Assist with server equipment maintenance, upgrades, and patching.
• Manage tickets via ServiceNow and ensure follow-ups.
• Handle IMAC events, printer migrations, PC refreshes.
• Support network hardware and perform basic network administration tasks.
