CompucomStaffing is seeking a Desktop Support Technician for an onsite role in Jacksonville, FL. You will provide end-user support, handle on-call rotations, and work with ServiceNow to manage tickets.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years of PC hardware/software experience, basic networking skills, and experience in enterprise environments. This position emphasizes hands-on hardware repair, image, configuration, and customer-facing service at the client site.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 to 5+ years of experience supporting PC hardware and software.
• Basic network troubleshooting and comfort with infrastructure issues.
• Experience in a manufacturing or enterprise environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Repair, test, image, and clean PCs, laptops, monitors, printers and related hardware.
• Setup, configure, and add hardware; assist with installations and upgrades.
• Troubleshoot software and peripherals; manage assets and inventory.
• Handle end-user support on-site; participate in on-call rotation.
• Document improvements to processes and escalate as needed.
• Assist with server maintenance and network troubleshooting as required.
