Job summary

CompucomStaffing is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to join our client team onsite in Jacksonville, FL, providing end-user support across PC hardware and software. You will work in rotations on call and handle imaging, setup, and asset management.

The role requires strong ticketing and hands-on hardware skills, with experience in enterprise environments and face-to-face user support at the customer site.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience supporting PC hardware and software.
• Experience with asset management.
• Experience in an enterprise manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Experience in an enterprise environment and handling multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user support onsite in Jacksonville, FL.
• Repair, test, image, and clean PCs, laptops, monitors, and printers.
• Setup, configure, and add hardware; assist with IMAC events.
• Coordinate with tickets in ServiceNow and follow up on issues.
• Assist with server maintenance, backups, and security procedures.
• Assist in network hardware troubleshooting and documentation.
