CompucomStaffing is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to join our client in Jacksonville, FL, onsite. The role requires rotating on-call duties and hands-on end-user support across PC hardware, software, and peripherals.

The candidate will troubleshoot, image, and maintain workstations, printers, and related equipment while working closely with a fast-paced team to resolve incidents and fulfill service requests.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5+ years of experience supporting PC hardware and software.
• Basic network troubleshooting with willingness to assist infrastructure issues.
• Experience in an manufacturing enterprise environment preferred.
• Experience in an enterprise environment.
• Ability to handle multiple projects.
• Confident, positive attitude delivering great customer experiences.
• Knowledge of diagnosing PC hardware components and software issues.

Aufgaben

• Support end users and provide on-site desktop support in Jacksonville, FL.
• Repair, test, image, and clean PCs, laptops, monitors, printers, and related hardware.
• Troubleshoot software and peripherals; configure and install hardware.
• Assist with server maintenance, backups, and security procedures.
• Manage tickets via ServiceNow and related ticketing systems.
• Provide face-to-face technical support to users on-site.
