Job summary

CompucomStaffing is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to join the team onsite in Springdale, OH and deliver end-user IT support. The role requires 3+ years of PC hardware/software experience, including Office 365, Windows 10 Pro, imaging, and ticketing systems.

The candidate will repair and configure PCs and peripherals, assist with server/network tasks, and provide on-site support for end users with a strong customer-service focus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in PC hardware and software support, with exposure to servers and network equipment.
• Experience with Windows 10 Pro, Office 365, imaging, and ticketing systems.
• Strong customer-facing and executive-level support experience; able to work onsite.

Responsibilities

• Repair, test, image, and clean PCs, laptops, monitors, printers, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot software and hardware issues and configure devices.
• Handle IMAC events for printer migrations and PC refreshes.
• Provide in-person end-user support at the customer site.
• Manage tickets and ensure follow-up on outstanding issues.
• Assist with server equipment maintenance and network configurations.
