CompucomStaffing is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to join the on-site team in Jacksonville, FL. The role requires end-user support, hardware repairs, and image/configuration of PCs and printers. You will work in rotations on call and interact directly with customers at the site.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in PC hardware/software support, basic network troubleshooting, and a professional, energetic demeanor suitable for a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in PC hardware and software support.
• Basic network troubleshooting and infrastructure awareness.
• Experience in enterprise/manufacturing environments is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Customer-focused, energetic and professional demeanor.

Responsabilités

• Provide end-user desktop support onsite in Jacksonville, FL.
• Repair, image, and configure PCs, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot software, Outlook, and local printer issues.
• Handle IMAC-related tasks and equipment moves.
• Maintain tickets in ServiceNow and ensure follow-ups.
• Assist with server maintenance, backups, and security procedures.
