CompucomStaffing is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to join the client team onsite in Clearwater, FL. You will provide end-user support, repair and image PCs, manage hardware and software, and assist with network and server maintenance.

The role requires 1–3+ years of PC hardware/software support, strong desktop fundamentals, and experience with PowerShell, Intune, Office 365, and imaging. Face-to-face support at the customer site is required.

Formación

• 1–3+ years of experience in PC hardware and software support.
• Strong desktop fundamentals with PowerShell, Intune, and system administration.
• Experience with Office 365, Windows 10 Professional, imaging, and ticketing systems.

Responsabilidades

• Support end users onsite in Clearwater, FL.
• Repair, test, image, and clean PCs, laptops, monitors, printers, and related hardware.
• Configure and install hardware; manage assets and IMAC events.
• Assist with server maintenance, backups, and security procedures.
• Troubleshoot network hardware and perform network system administration tasks.
• Provide in-person technical support at the customer site.
