Job summary

Opensity Solutions in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a Hospitality Specialist to deliver high-touch concierge-style services in a professional office setting. This on-site role supports meetings, events, guest services, and daily operations with a focus on presentation, responsiveness, and attention to detail.

The position is non-exempt, offers $18–$20 per hour, a Monday–Friday schedule, and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and PTO.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of work experience in hospitality, food & beverage, hotel, or client service.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and maintain a welcoming, professional environment.
• Set up meeting rooms per event specs (furniture, A/V, catering).
• Provide food and beverage support for meetings and events.
• Inspect conference rooms, offices, pantry, and kitchens for cleanliness and stocking.
• Maintain visiting offices and temporary workspaces for daily use.
• Assist with operational service requests, deliveries, and equipment setup.
• Use room reservations and scheduling tools to manage hospitality tasks.
• Support occasional after-hours events with setup, coordination, and teardown.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors for seamless events.
