Job summary

Opensity Solutions is seeking a Receptionist / Hospitality Specialist Lead to deliver high-touch hospitality in a professional office. You will support daily operations, meetings and events, ensuring exceptional presentation, responsiveness and attention to detail.

This non-exempt role collaborates with internal teams, reports to site leadership, and maintains an elevated workplace experience through proactive service and coordination.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3+ years of hospitality and client service experience in a professional setting preferred.
• Strong discretion, confidentiality, and judgment are essential.
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior management, partners, clients and colleagues.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Dentons Meeting planning and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily conference room operations and ensure spaces are prepared to high standards.
• Review meeting schedules, bookings and room reservations for proper setup.
• Inspect conference rooms before, during and after events and meetings.
• Coordinate catering needs and oversee delivery, setup, service and breakdown.
• Work with approved vendors and manage budgets and records.
• Ensure smooth coordination with Facilities, IT and Office Services for events.
• Serve as liaison across departments to guarantee seamless meetings and guest experience.
• Adapt to special requests and support behind-the-scenes needs for client meetings.
