Job summary

Opensity Solutions is seeking a Hospitality Specialist to deliver high-touch concierge-style services in a professional office setting. You will greet visitors, set up meetings, coordinate catering, and support daily operations with a service-oriented mindset.

You will work with internal teams and vendors, manage room reservations, assist with after-hours events, and maintain presentation standards across spaces to ensure a polished guest experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience; hospitality, food & beverage, hotel, or client service experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with room reservation systems and workplace tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and maintain a welcoming environment.
• Set up meeting rooms and audiovisual equipment according to specifications.
• Coordinate and provide food and beverage support for meetings.
• Inspect spaces to ensure cleanliness, organization, and supplies.
• Support after-hours events and coordinate with vendors.
