Job summary

Opensity Solutions is seeking a Hospitality Specialist to deliver high-touch concierge-style services in a professional office setting. You will support daily operations, meetings, events, and guest services with exceptional presentation and responsiveness.

The role is non-exempt and requires strong hospitality, communication, and organizational skills, plus proficiency in Microsoft Office. 18.00 USD per hour range applies depending on location and experience.

Qualifications

• Education requirement: High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience: 1 year minimum; hospitality, food & beverage, hotel, or client service preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Familiarity with room booking/scheduling tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and provide a welcoming environment.
• Set up meeting rooms with furniture, AV equipment and catering.
• Provide food and beverage services for meetings and events.
• Inspect conference rooms and offices for cleanliness and readiness.
• Maintain and prepare visiting offices and temporary workspaces.
• Support hospitality-related service requests and events.
• Use scheduling tools to manage operations.
• Assist with after-hours events and coordination.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors on events.
