Job summary

Opensity Solutions is seeking a Hospitality Specialist to deliver high-touch concierge‑style services in a professional office setting. You will support daily operations, meetings, events, and guest services with attention to presentation and responsiveness.

This non‑exempt role requires strong hospitality and customer service skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple duties in a fast‑paced environment. Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) and PTO benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience; hospitality, food & beverage, hotel, or client service preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; able to learn room reservation systems and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and maintain a professional, welcoming environment.
• Set up meeting rooms per event specs, including furniture and A/V equipment.
• Coordinate and provide food and beverage services for meetings.
• Inspect conference rooms and office spaces for cleanliness and stock.
• Prepare visiting offices and temporary workspaces for daily use.
• Support requests such as supplies, event support, and equipment setup.
• Use room reservation systems and scheduling tools to manage operations.
• Assist with after‑hours events, including setup and breakdown.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors for seamless events.
• Maintain high professional standards in guest and staff interactions.
• Adapt to changing priorities and multitask effectively.
