Job summary

Opensity Solutions seeks a Hospitality Specialist to deliver high-touch concierge-style services in a professional office. You will support daily operations, meetings, events, and guest services by ensuring exceptional presentation, responsiveness, and attention to detail.

This role reports to site leadership and is non-exempt. The position emphasizes collaboration with internal teams, reliable hospitality service, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a polished

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year in hospitality or client service.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Deliver an elevated guest experience by greeting visitors and maintaining a welcoming environment.
• Prepare and set up meeting rooms per event specifications, including AV and catering.
• Coordinate and provide food and beverage services for meetings.
• Inspect conference rooms and kitchens for cleanliness and stock.
• Maintain visiting offices and temporary workspaces for daily use.
• Support operational service requests including deliveries and event support.
• Use room reservation systems and scheduling tools to manage operations.
• Assist with occasional after-hours events and breakdown activities.
• Collaborate with internal departments and vendors for seamless events.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism in all interactions.
