This Hospitality Specialist role supports daily operations, meetings, events, and guest services by ensuring exceptional presentation, responsiveness, and attention to detail.

The position is non-exempt and reports to site leadership. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience; hospitality, F&B, hotel, or client service preferred.
• Experience in professional office hospitality or conference services is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Experience using room reservation/scheduling systems or workplace service tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an elevated guest experience by greeting visitors and maintaining a professional environment.
• Prepare and set up meeting rooms according to event specifications, including furniture and AV equipment.
• Coordinate and provide food and beverage services for meetings.
• Inspect conference rooms, office spaces, pantry areas, and kitchens for cleanliness and stock.
• Maintain visiting offices and temporary workspaces ready for daily use.
• Support operational service requests, including deliveries and event support.
• Use room reservation systems and scheduling tools to manage operations.
• Assist with after-hours events including setup and breakdown.
• Collaborate with internal departments and vendors for events.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism and customer service.
• Adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
