Opensity Solutions in Los Angeles is seeking a Hospitality Specialist to deliver concierge-level services in a professional office setting. You will greet visitors, prepare meeting spaces, coordinate catering, and support daily operations with polished presentation.

This non-exempt role requires at least a High School diploma and 1 year of related experience; you must be organized, proactive, and able to lift 40 lbs. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and room reservation tools is preferred.

Qualificações

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year in hospitality, food & beverage, hotel, or client service; office hospitality or conference services a plus.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with room reservation systems and scheduling tools preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver an elevated guest experience by greeting visitors and maintaining a welcoming environment.
• Prepare and set up meeting rooms, including furniture arrangements, AV equipment, and catering support.
• Coordinate and provide food and beverage services for meetings, including breakfasts and lunches.
• Inspect conference rooms and office spaces for cleanliness, organization, and supplies.
• Maintain visiting offices and temporary workspaces for daily use.
• Support operational service requests, including deliveries and event support.
• Utilize scheduling tools to manage hospitality operations efficiently.
• Assist with after-hours events, including setup, service and breakdown.
• Collaborate with internal departments and vendors for seamless events.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism and customer service.
