Job summary

Asset Living is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to oversee daily operations and financial functions of a housing community under the Community Manager’s supervision. The role focuses on delinquency control, rent collection, and overall cash flow management.

Responsibilities

• Post payments and income accurately for all residents and applicants.
• Reconcile daily accounts receivable and monitor bad debt and evictions.
• Assist in achieving budgeted revenues, expenses, and NOI for the property.
• Supervise onsite staff and ensure compliance with policies and safety guidelines.
• Develop leasing strategies and marketing plans to optimize occupancy.
• Support resident retention through programs and proactive communication.
