Asset Living is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to oversee daily operations and financial functions of the housing community under the Community Manager. You will drive rent collection, budget adherence, leasing activities, and staff supervision to ensure a smooth, compliant on-site operation.

You will manage accounts receivable, processing, and reporting while promoting resident satisfaction and effective leadership.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or two years experience in the housing industry; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to understand and perform all onsite software functions; basic computer skills required.

Aufgaben

• Oversee daily operations and financial functions of the housing community under Community Manager supervision.
• Manage accounts receivable, late notices, evictions, and debt follow-up.
• Support budgeting and Net Operating Income goals; oversee leasing, maintenance, and risk management.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety, fair housing, and liability considerations.
• Post payments, reconcile income, and maintain accurate records.
• Conduct end-of-month closings, prepare reports, and supervise on-site staff.

Ausbildung
