Job summary

Asset Living is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to oversee daily operations and financial functions under the Community Manager. You will help optimize cash flow, manage leasing, maintenance, and risk, and supervise onsite staff to ensure compliance with policies and fair housing guidelines.

You will post payments, reconcile receivables, monitor delinquencies, assist with budgeting and NOI, and drive resident satisfaction through effective leasing and retention programs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; bachelor’s preferred or 2 years housing experience.
• Ability to use onsite software; basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations and financial functions under Community Manager.
• Post payments, reconcile receivables, and monitor delinquencies.
• Maintain budgets, NOI, and marketing strategies per annual plan.
• Supervise onsite staff and ensure policy compliance.
• Show, lease, and move-in prospective residents.
• Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate repairs.
