Asset Living seeks an Assistant Community Manager to oversee daily housing-community operations under the Community Manager. You will manage rent collection, finances, and staff performance to maintain cash flow and compliance with policies.

You will coordinate leasing, maintenance, and administrative tasks, ensuring accurate records, resident satisfaction, and adherence to fair housing guidelines. This role is full-time and on-site in Atlanta, GA.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or related experience.
• Ability to perform onsite software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operations under supervision of Community Manager.
• Manage delinquency and rent collection to optimize cash flow.
• Supervise property staff and ensure policy compliance.
• Post payments, reconcile receivables, and monitor accounts.
• Assist with budgeted revenues, expenses, and NOI.
• Handle move-in/move-out processes and resident inquiries.
