Job summary

Asset Living in Atlanta, GA is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to oversee daily operations and financial functions under the Community Manager. The role emphasizes rent collection, staff leadership, leasing, maintenance, and compliance with safety and fair housing guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or two years experience in housing industry.
• Ability to understand onsite software functions and basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Post payments and income accurately from residents and applicants.
• Process and reconcile daily account receivables.
• Monitor bad debt, send late notices, and file evictions as needed.
• Support budgeted revenues, expenses, and NOI targets.
• Supervise leasing activities and ensure timely documentation.
• Maintain property appearance and conduct regular inspections.
