Job summary

Asset Living is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to oversee daily operations and financial functions of a housing community under the Community Manager. You will play a vital role in rent collection, delinquency management, and overall property cash flow.

Lead onsite staff across leasing, maintenance, and administration while ensuring compliance with policies, safety, and fair housing guidelines. Candidate will manage on-site operations, train and coach staff, and execute leasing

Qualifications

• Experience overseeing daily operations and financial functions of a housing community.
• Ability to supervise onsite staff and ensure policy compliance.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is a plus.
