Job summary

Asset Living in Canton, GA is seeking a Temporary Assistant Community Manager to oversee daily operations and financial functions of the housing community under the Community Manager. You will contribute to rent delinquency management, cash flow optimization, and overall onsite leadership.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, leasing activities, admin tasks, and ensuring compliance with Fair Housing and OSHA guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred or two years housing industry experience.
• Ability to understand and perform onsite software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily on-site operations and financial functions of the housing community.
• Supervise onsite staff and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Manage lease processes, marketing, and resident relations to optimize occupancy and retention.
• Monitor service request turnaround and maintenance responsiveness; ensure property upkeep.

Education

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Bachelor’s degree preferred

Two years housing industry experience

Basic computer skills

Fair Housing Laws knowledge

OSHA knowledge
