Asset Living seeks an Assistant Community Manager in Albany, GA, to oversee daily operations and financial activities under the Community Manager. You will lead onsite staff, manage leasing, maintenance, and administration while ensuring compliance with policies and fair housing guidelines.

The role requires ability to post payments, reconcile accounts, monitor budgets, and drive resident satisfaction through effective communication and process optimization.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required; a Bachelor’s degree or 2 years in housing is preferred.
• Ability to understand and perform all onsite software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee, under supervision, daily operations and financial functions of the housing community.
• Supervise onsite staff, leasing, maintenance, and administrative tasks in absence of Community Manager.
• Post payments, manage accounts receivable, recalls collections, and support budgeted revenues/expenses.
• Develop and implement leasing strategies and resident retention programs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and Fair Housing guidelines.
