Asset Living is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to oversee daily operations at a housing community. Under the supervision of the Community Manager, you will handle financial functions and contribute to cash flow optimization.

You will supervise onsite staff, ensure compliance with policies and safety guidelines, and support leasing, maintenance, and administration activities to maintain property performance and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two years experience in the housing industry or related experience.
• Ability to understand and perform onsite software functions; basic computer skills.
• Must have knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operations and financial functions under the Community Manager.
• Lead onsite staff and ensure compliance with policies and safety guidelines.
• Manage rent collection, delinquency, and cash flow optimization.
• Post payments, reconcile receivables, and perform end-of-month closings.
• Plan and support leasing strategies to achieve occupancy targets.
