Asset Living is hiring an Assistant Community Manager to oversee daily operations and financial functions of a housing community. You will supervise staff, manage delinquency efforts, and support the Community Manager in maintaining financial health.

Responsibilities include posting payments, reconciling receivables, and ensuring compliance with safety and fair housing guidelines while preserving strong resident relations.

Formación

• Experience in overseeing property operations and financial functions.
• Familiarity with delinquency control and rent collection processes.
• Ability to supervise staff and ensure compliance with policies and fair housing guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Post payments and income accurately from all applicants and residents.
• Process and reconcile daily accounts receivable.
• Monitor bad debt, issue late notices, contact residents/guarantors, and file evictions.
