Asset Living is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to oversee daily operations and financial functions of a housing community under the supervision of the Community Manager. The role focuses on delinquency and rent collection to optimize cash flow, while managing operations, personnel, leasing, maintenance, and administration in the manager's absence.

Qualifications

• Experience in housing operations or property management.
• Strong understanding of rent collection and budget management.
• Leadership and staffing skills for onsite teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage leasing, maintenance, administration and risk in absence of Community Manager.
