• Able to use onsite property management software and conduct basic reporting.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and financial functions of the housing community under Community Manager supervision.
• Post payments and reconcile receivables; monitor rent collections.
• Resolve delinquencies, issue late notices, and handle evictions as needed.
• Assist with leasing, staff training, coaching, and compliance with company policies.
• Support achievement of budgeted revenues, expenses, and Net Operating Income.
