Job summary

Greystar seeks an on-site Assistant Community Manager to support daily financial operations, rent collection, invoicing, and reporting for a 374-unit townhome community. You will use Yardi/OneSite/Entrata to record and reconcile transactions and maintain data integrity.

Role requires 1–3 years in property management, a Bachelor's preferred, excellent communication, and the ability to work weekends as needed. On-site position with robust Greystar benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 1–3 years in residence life and/or property management to manage day-to-day operations, resolve customer issues, and prepare financial records.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; detail-oriented and self-motivated; able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with lease terms and enforcement, including collections.

Responsibilities

• Process daily financial transactions: rent, fees, deposits, reports, and payables.
• Operate property management software (Yardi/OneSite/Entrata) and ensure data integrity.
• Review delinquent balances; communicate with residents; manage collection procedures.
• Submit invoices, code charges, and coordinate with vendors and owners.
• Assist on-site supervision in manager’s absence and support leasing/marketing efforts.
• Handle move-outs and ensure disposition per procedures; maintain resident satisfaction.
