Job summary

Greystar is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager in overseeing the financial and operational facets of the apartment community. You will handle accounting, monthly close-out, rent collection, invoicing, and financial reporting while using Yardi/OneSite/Entrata to record and report activity.

Qualifications include 1–3 years in property management, a Bachelor's degree preferred, excellent communication, and meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in residence life or property management.
• Understanding of lease terms and enforcement, including collections.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Community Manager in overseeing financial and operational aspects of the community.
• Complete accounting tasks, monthly close-out, and financial reports.
• Process invoices, collect rent, deposits, and reconcile bank activity.
• Operate property management software and ensure data integrity.
• Support leasing/marketing and address resident questions and issues.
