Job summary

Greystar seeks an on‑site Assistant Community Manager to oversee daily financial operations and support the Community Manager. You will handle rent collections, invoicing, deposits, and reporting, using Yardi/OneSite to record financial activity and ensure data integrity.

Responsibilities include delinquency follow‑up, lease enforcement, vendor payment processing, and supporting leasing efforts while maintaining high resident satisfaction and on‑site supervision when the Community Manager is

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business or related field.
• 1–3 years of property management or residence life experience.
• Knowledge of lease terms and collections.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Detail-oriented and capable of independent work.

Responsibilities

• Process rent, deposits and payables; prepare reports.
• Operate Yardi/OneSite; ensure data integrity.
• Collect on delinquencies and enforce leases.
• Process vendor invoices and coding.
• Assist leasing and marketing as needed.
• Provide on-site supervision in manager's absence.
