Job summary

Greystar seeks an Assistant Community Manager to oversee financial operations, rent collections, and vendor processing at a residential community. The role requires applying lease terms, preparing financial reports, and ensuring software accuracy across Yardi/OneSite/Entrata.

You will support leasing, community tours, and owner communications while maintaining resident satisfaction and enforcing company policies. Onsite housing discounts and comprehensive benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required; 1–3 years in residence life or property management preferred.
• Strong accounting/bookkeeping capabilities and financial report preparation.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; detail-oriented and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily financial operations including rent collection, deposits, and reconciliations.
• Operate property management software (Yardi/OneSite/Entrata) accurately.
• Review resident accounts, collect unpaid balances, and enforce lease terms to maximize revenue.
• Process invoices and coordinating with vendors, managers, and owners.
• Assist in supervising on-site staff and support leasing and marketing efforts.
