Job summary

Canon U.S.A., Inc. is seeking an on-site Lead to organize staff, schedule assignments, and manage daily workflow. The role includes overseeing daily and monthly department reports and supervising vendor billing processes.

The ideal candidate has an Associate degree or equivalent experience, strong customer service and communication skills, and the ability to obtain required security clearances. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site or supervises staff and coordinates daily work flow.
• Oversee daily and monthly departmental reports; monitor vendor billing processing.
• Maintain positive customer relationships and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
• Ensure site records such as logs and timesheets are properly used and maintained.
