Job summary

The Adecco Group in the United States seeks an Onsite Manager to serve as the primary client contact for Adecco programs, guiding strategic and operational activities to meet client objectives. You will lead daily recruitment and fulfillment, monitor KPIs, maintain client relationships, and position teams for ongoing success, including pricing and service expansion.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in a client-facing environment.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships and networks.
• Experience managing recruitment teams in fast-paced settings.
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and multitasking abilities.
• Experience establishing and managing KPIs and SLAs.
• Familiarity with current recruiting practices and compliance with laws.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client contact for Adecco programs and escalation point for client questions.
• Lead daily recruitment/fulfillment activities to meet client objectives.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly business reviews for leadership.
• Maintain and grow relationships with HR, Operations, and procurement stakeholders.
• Price and sell services, including conversions and placement activities.
• Drive KPIs, performance reviews, and continuous process improvements.
• Develop knowledge of target industries and competitive positioning.
