Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager to act as the primary client contact and drive the long-term evolution of the program. You will lead daily recruitment activities, monitor KPIs, and cultivate a collaborative partnership with the client across HR, Operations, and Procurement.

You will manage a recruitment team in a fast-paced environment, price services, and maintain relationships to ensure high NPS and strong client retention while aligning with the client’s business objectives.

• Grow & retain accounts through strong client relationships.
• Achieve high levels of client satisfaction via surveys and reviews.
• Build a network of industry contacts through associations.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly business reviews for leadership.
• Demonstrate values in client-centric service delivery.
• Retain clients while maximizing fill rate, time to fill, and high NPS.
• Serve as Brand Ambassador and participate in thought leadership.
• Price and sell services (conversions, temp and perm).
• Know target industries, clients, roles, market share, and competition.
• Improve processes to meet KPIs and SLAs.
• Grow and retain existing and new accounts.
• Prepare client reporting and interpret data/trends.
• Understand Adecco Group portfolio and pricing options.
