Job summary

The Adecco Group in the United States is seeking an Onsite Manager to be the primary client contact for Adecco programs, aligning with client objectives and fostering a collaborative partnership.

You will lead daily recruitment activities, monitor KPIs and SLAs, retain accounts, and position teams for ongoing success. The role requires strong communication, relationship-building, and the ability to price and sell staffing services in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in managing client relationships and service delivery in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction and manage expectations.

Responsibilities

• Grow & Retain Accounts and develop effective client relationships.
• Achieve high client satisfaction through surveys and reviews.
• Price and sell staffing services (temp and perm).
• Lead and manage recruitment teams to meet KPIs and SLAs.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly business reviews for leadership.
• Understand client business, staffing needs, and program expectations.
