Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager to serve as the primary client contact for Adecco programs, guiding day-to-day recruitment and fulfillment aligned to client objectives. You will lead teams, manage KPIs and SLAs, and build strong relationships with HR/Operations to drive client value.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Preferred 2–5 years of managerial/supervisory experience in a service provider environment.
• Proven track record in achieving customer satisfaction and expanding client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client contact for Adecco programs.
• Lead recruitment and fulfillment activities to meet KPIs and SLAs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with HR and Operations contacts at client sites.
• Prepare quarterly business reviews for client executives and internal stakeholders.
• Price and sell services including conversions, temp, and permanent placements.
• Drive account growth and client retention through strategic planning and execution.
