Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager to serve as the primary client contact and escalation point for our programs in the United States. You will align with the client’s objectives and lead a team in delivering recruitment and fulfillment activities, meeting KPIs and SLAs, and growing the business.

Responsibilities include building strong client relationships, presenting quarterly reviews, and driving service improvements while pricing and selling Adecco solutions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5+ years in managerial/supervisory roles in service provider industry.
• Proven track record in customer satisfaction and managing responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain relationships with key client contacts to foster growth.
• Aim for high client satisfaction as evidenced by surveys and reviews.
• Prepare and present monthly/quarterly business reviews to leadership (QBR/QPR).
• Oversee recruitment/fulfillment activities and monitor KPIs to drive performance.
• Price and sell services; act as a brand ambassador and thought leader.
