Job summary

The Adecco Group in the United States is seeking an Onsite Manager to serve as the primary client contact for Adecco programs, aligning with client objectives and driving performance. You will manage daily recruitment activities, KPI tracking, client relationships, and service delivery, while positioning teams for ongoing success and growth across accounts.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and networks.
• Experience in managing recruitment teams in fast-paced environments.
• Strong organizational, prioritization and multi-tasking abilities.
• Adept at establishing and managing KPIs and SLAs.
• Knowledge of recruiting practices compliant with laws and policies.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts by developing relationships with client contacts.
• Meet and maintain high levels of client satisfaction through reviews and surveys.
• Lead recruitment teams and manage daily fulfillment activities.
• Price and sell staffing services (temporary, conversions, perm).
• Prepare monthly/quarterly business reviews for leadership.
• Ensure all client requirements and SLAs are met.
