Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager in the United States to act as the primary client contact and lead the strategic, long-term evolution of client programs. You will direct daily recruitment activities, monitor KPIs, and drive collaboration to ensure continued success and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include building strong client relationships, presenting performance reviews, and driving service sales while maintaining SLAs and KPIs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• 2–5 years of managerial/supervisory experience in the service provider industry is preferred.
• Proven track record of customer satisfaction and successful working relationships with colleagues and management.

Responsibilities

• Create and develop effective working relationships with key client contacts (e.g., HR, Operations) to foster business growth and understand each client's needs.
• Achieve and maintain high levels of client satisfaction as shown in surveys and reviews.
• Establish and maintain a network of industry contacts through associations and professional networking.
• Prepare and present monthly/quarterly business reviews to the vertical Director and VP.
• Price and sell services (conversions, temporary and perm placement).
• Retain clients while maximizing fill rate, time to fill, and high NPS scores.
