The Adecco Group in the United States seeks an Onsite Manager to serve as the primary client contact for Adecco programs, guiding recruitment and fulfillment activities while aligning with the client’s business objectives.

You will manage daily operations, monitor KPIs and SLAs, and present quarterly reviews to senior leaders. This role also involves pricing and selling services, building industry networks, and acting as a brand ambassador.

Qualificações

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• At least two to five years of managerial/supervisory experience in the service provider industry preferred.
• Proven track record of high customer satisfaction and successful client relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Create and develop effective relationships with key client contacts to foster growth.
• Achieve and maintain high levels of client satisfaction through surveys and reviews.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly business reviews to senior leaders.
• Price and sell services, including conversions and placements.
• Manage recruitment and fulfillment activities and monitor KPIs/SLAs.
• Build knowledge of target industries, clients, and competition; communicate value proposition.
