Job summary

Republic Finance, LLC is seeking Branch Ops Interns for our on-site program, offering hands-on exposure to loan origination, processing, closings, and fundings, with accelerated training into the Assistant Branch Manager path.

You will earn $15.00 per hour while gaining real-world experience, with potential full-time employment after graduation and a clear path within Branch Operations and other corporate roles.

Qualifications

• Junior or Senior majoring in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Ideal candidates eager to learn, enthusiastic, and reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Must be able to work a minimum of 18-20 hours per week.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Must meet acceptable standards for criminal background, credit history and pass pre-employment drug screen.
• Ability to meet eligibility requirements for insurance licensing per state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Become licensed and go through an accelerated version of the Assistant Branch Manager Program to learn the loan process and regulatory training.
• Assist in daily production of loan origination, processing, closings and fundings including allocating files for doc prep; auditing closed files; prep files ready to fund.
• Spend time with Manager and Regional VP to understand promotional path and career potential with Republic Finance.
• Attend regional meetings and/or workshops to gain exposure to the Branch Operations division.
• Learn about branch operations process improvement projects.
• Learn about corporate roles where branch backgrounds are valued (Audit, Compliance, Training, Recruiting).
